200gm of ashwagandha roots 
100gm of dry shyama tulsi leaves
200gm of dry giloy stems
All are crushed using traditional methods in mortar and pestle to be ready for kadha preparation.
You should not do further crushing in mixer as it will lead to loss of power of herbs.
